CouriersPlease offers its customers automatic cover of up to $1,000 AUD per consignment. The first $100 of the claim is not covered.
Yes, we collect from residential addresses as well as business locations. Just make sure someone is available to hand over the parcels during the scheduled pickup window.
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll reschedule. For regular pickups, let us know in advance if you won't have anything ready on a particular day.

Yes, someone needs to be available to hand parcels to the driver. If you can't be there, you can arrange for parcels to be left in a secure location, where safe collection arrangements can be made.
Transit times vary depending on distance and location. As a general guide:
• Metro to metro: 1-3 business days
• Across the country (e.g. east to west): Allow a few extra days
• Regional or remote areas: May take longer
• During peak periods (like Christmas): Allow an extra week
Keep in mind that delivery time includes more than transit. It also accounts for order processing, time at the depot and additional time if redelivery or collection is needed.
While we work hard to deliver on time, all timeframes are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic or unexpected delays.

Rest assured that most delayed parcels arrive within 24 to 48 business hours of the original estimate. If something doesn’t seem right, contact us via our Virtual Assistant (chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner).

For one-off bookings, you can send parcels across town, intrastate, interstate or overseas with ease via our online booking tool.
For regular bookings, have a chat with your local Couriers Franchise Partner.
When your parcel is out for delivery, our driver will bring it to your door and knock or ring the doorbell, unless the sender has requested contactless delivery.
Once you place your online order, the business you bought from (the sender) will book the delivery through CouriersPlease and prepare the parcel for collection. We’ll pick it up and get it on its way to the depot, where it will be prepared for delivery to you.

An ATL (Authority to Leave) is given in the event of the receiver not being home to sign for the consignment. It allows CouriersPlease to leave your package in a safe place without obtaining a signature. Parcel Protect cover does not apply to goods that are instructed with an ATL.
