1. The $3000 referral reward will be paid as a voucher for Franchisees and a bonus payment for Employees.

2. The $3000 reward will be provided within one month of the referred franchisee commencing operation of their run.

3. Runs which are eligible for referral are those which are vacant and being operated by CouriersPlease.

4. All referred prospective franchisees will be assessed against the usual Franchisee selection criteria.

5. The referring Franchisee or employee must know the person they are referring; they cannot refer someone they do not have a relationship with (for example, from posting online).

6. Both current CouriersPlease Franchisees and Employees are eligible to refer new Franchisee candidates.

7. Employees who are in anyway connected to the decision making on Franchisee selection are ineligible for this program (for example the relevant Fleet Manager, their manager, the department head and anyone involved in the recruitment process).

8. Prospective franchisees can only be referred if they are not already known to CouriersPlease as a CP worker, a franchisee/contractor or a hired worker of a franchisee/contractor or through an existing application enquiry.
