We offer casual Ad Hoc Bookings for one-off parcel movements using online credit card payments, a Self-Service Shipping Platform for regular non-integrated shipping, and Custom Solutions featuring API integrations and volume-based rates for enterprise shippers.

What is the CouriersPlease Complimentary Cover?

Accepted Answer

CouriersPlease provides its customers with automatic complimentary cover of up to $1,000 AUD per consignment for Goods in Transit. Please note that the first $100 of any claim is not covered, and coverage does not apply if an Authority to Leave (ATL) is used.

What happens if I am not home to receive a delivery?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, our driver will look for a safe place to leave your package via an Authority to Leave (ATL). If there is no suitable location available or a signature is required, the parcel will be taken to one of our 3,000+ local HUBBED Collection Points for convenient pickup.

Our corporate head office and customer hub is located at Warehouse 3, 44 Clunies Ross St, Prospect NSW 2148, serving as a primary base alongside major depots across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.
